Protein Supper
Still aching a bit after my endurance climbing training from Monday. Been walking like John Wayne and struggling to pick up a pen at work even! So, a nice proper protein repairing meal was in order (washed down with some red wine of course) before a bath in Radox Muscle Soak. Thanks to Jenny for the suggestion to cook steak and have a bath - awesome idea! I'll be climbing on top form again in no-time :-)
