We visited the famous Budapest spas today. We chose the szechenyi spa, which I have been to before but by most accounts is the best by far. I have never been before in winter and the steam rising off the warm water gave the place a completely different and quite mysterious atmosphere. It was also really nice when it started getting dark and the colourful underwater lights came on. Another benefit of coming in winter is that it is a lot less crowded.
