Lone Yacht

The sun shone all day today. The children came and played mostly in the garden. Izzy and Victoria have not seen each other for so long and were so happy to be together again. There is only three months between them and they always get on beautifully. 

When they went home we took a walk down the lane to see the cows that are in the field. Sadly the cows were suffering with so many flies after a hot day. We felt quite sorry for them. Above the heads of the cows we could see a lone yacht passing the group of rocks called the Pea Stacks. The tide runs very fast past this point and so the yacht was soon gone from sight.
