E wrote a cookie recipe and made it herself. Very nice (very sweet).

The tree surgeons are here today, they’ve trimmed the oak but can’t take the Lime down as it looks like there’s an effing pigeon nesting in it and the law says nests are protected. Fair enough, but pigeons!? We’ll see if it’s still there in the morning.
