Light of hope

This weekend my Gran's health has deteriorated after her 2nd operation. She is being monitored in intensive care but isn't responding well and after a very upsetting meeting with my mum it looks like we may have to say goodbye and let her go. I'm holding out for hope but I don't want her suffering anymore. Haven't been able to hold the tears back all day as it's breaking my heart...
