SKATER

A head-clearing walk was needed this afternoon - also something to keep me away from the bread bin as I need to stop the lockdown weight creeping up any further. There were plenty of interesting things to see at RSPB Saltholme as usual, but as it's Tuesday here's a pond skater which was fairly tiny. I was hoping to get to the dragonfly ponds, but as the site now closes early and visitors have to take the long way round because the site centre building is still closed, I hadn't left myself enough time. Next visit perhaps.
