Craignish peninsula
We didn't have a full day out today, as we had to get back for a variety of reasons (including the fact that I have a very full day of meetings tomorrow and Thursday). We did manage to squeeze a trip down the Craignish peninsula (to the end of the road at Aird Jetty, which is more or less directly opposite the Gulf of Corryvreckan and looks as if it has seen better days), where we had a bit of a wander around, and then to Crinan Harbour, (see extra) which is charming, and was the scene of one of my very first blips.
After that, we drove home more or less directly, and collected our delivery of groceries at the appointed time. So now we have all sorts of exotic things to play around with, but this evening it was just snacks and a portion of the strawberry ice cream that Mr A made last week.
It's been a real tonic to be away from here for a few days, but equally it makes you appreciate home! And this travelling business is exhausting, isn't it!
