Return to the park

I was off to work, Andrew decided as it was a lovely morning, now would be a good time to let Anya and Max finally go to the park opposite our house.
I mentioned it to Max as I was getting ready for work and he replied “No Mummy, it’s closed!”
I’ve never known Anya to get dressed so quickly! :-))

They waited at the gate in anticipation and as soon as it was opened they raced down the path, into the playground, squealing with excitement and hardly believing it was true; they could finally go on the swings.
Andrew videoed it for me and I felt quite emotional watching it back. It’s the little things that please little people :)
