Ben’s been working part time at a private banking firm for a few months and been taking some excellent pics of the views. He wanted me to share them here, very kind of him!

No Pilates today as the centre is closed again. I shall miss it.

Thought I had an appointment in Mong Kok today, but apparently I didn’t. My cardiologist has moved office and sadly his previous appointments hadn’t. Luckily I rang just before I left DB to make sure, and thankfully they were able to reschedule to Wednesday.

Felt exhausted from just 15 mins out!!!!
