Screw That!!

Seinfeld always said that his was a show about nothing. Very often I suppose my journal is a bit like that. It is rarely ABOUT very much. For my daily walk into town I happened upon an old screw. It had been applied to an ancient post but it seemed to be fulfilling no real purpose. It, too, was a show about nothing, I guess ... although at one stage it was probably intended to help hold up the chicken wire.
