New clematis

I planted 2 different sorts of clematis to grow up and cover the railings that overlooks the common. This one has really taken off and, as you can see, has flowered. The other isn’t as tall, not reached the railings yet, and no signs of flowering. But it is growing and not dead :-D. A dull day compared to yesterday’s sunshine. I think we had our summer during lockdown and now we have to suffice with a few nice days here and there.
