Forest bathing

Kelp forest that is.

H and F plunged into the warm weedy low-tide soup and discovered a menagerie of underwater creatures such as sea anemones and jellyfish (some with live shrimps still squirming inside) and then they hoicked out three spider crabs - so that was supper sorted!

The crabs came home in a rucksack and after several hours were spent picking the meat out they featured, along with fresh samphire,  locally-caught pollock and homegrown courgettes in another of Huw's delicious Chinese meals.

In extras, the crabs, the picking*, the meal, and the jellyfish that had recently dined. (It's a good thing we don't all have transparent stomachs.)

Also that Huw's hair currently matches the sea on a sunny day.
