Tiny Tuesday

It’s been warm with the odd thunderstorm and little fungi are springing up all over. This one was under some trees in the grounds. I met a fellow fungi photographer there and he took a photo of me squatting down to get it. It wasn’t a very good. photo.
Had my appointment with one of the doctors today. She was young and enthusiastic, interested in all my problems. They have a wholistic approach with emphasis on movement, fitness, nutrition for heart health and mindfulness.
As well as this appointment I had a resting ECG, cardiac ultrasound and some video information sessions from a dietician.
