Fig jam in making. No jars are showing as it was already far too dark to take a picture of them. I am getting quicker and more confident at this whole preserving business. My grapefruit marmalade was a disaster - overcooked and too dense. This is quite nice, even if i say so myself. And all those who will receive a jar will also have to say so. No worries then!

I was told that in Australia fig jam is an acronym, hmmm interesting.
