Leaf Litter Picker

Spotted this lovely little blackbird foraging among the leaves near the canal this morning.

He was pretty fearless, allowing me to get within 15 feet or so before hopping off. Even so, this is a fairly tight crop from the original.

I used flash to bring out the feather detail and I like the way it caught in his eye. Look large if you like!
