Cardinal Beetles

I went off to Alney Island today (nature reserve in Gloucester) and spent a few hours wandering around.    Not too many bugs to snap but a reasonable quantity of very busy Cardinal Beetles :)

Not that my snaps of them were worth hanging on to but hey ho - it was a day out
