Cotton wool clouds

I went for a walk this morning and my arm is definitely improving as are my ribs. The sky was lovely with these clouds.

A busy day working and then I met with my music partner and her son for a while for the boys to play on their bikes.

I don’t know quite where the days go but I’m exhausted and ready to sleep!
