Colourful inspiration.

Unexpected surprise late birthday gift from Nat and Jess. 
They remembered me saying how inspired I am by the colour work of Kaffe Fassett.
I love playing with colour but am such a novice with little natural ability to put colours together. His colour combinations delight me and are also a good starting place. 
They have chosen me some pieces of his fabric designs that I can “do something with !”
It made my day , felt very special . 
Today has had a lot in it , mainly good .
