Karen cooks dinner!

I spent about 4 hours cleaning greenware and loading the bisque kiln...it has been a beautiful sunny day.   after i'd finished and after lunch a nap was had!  

a lovely chat with my pregnant daughter...so wonderful to hear how well she is doing and so precious to be in touch with her so often during this amazing time!!!  i feel so blessed to have such a beautiful relationship with her, what a magical time it is - i never imagined that the idea of being a grandmother would be so profound!!!

Karen made us a delicious veggy/chick pea curry...i love it when someone else cooks curry....i get a bit bored with my familiar flavors, it's so good to have another persons take on a curry.

We are enjoying having Karen here, she is so lovely, easy going and open..... once again i'm amazed at what these young folks do...coming into a strangers home and making themselves available!

i choose to do this blip in black and white cos Karen and i have been talking a lot about photography and we both have a love of black and white...so seemed appropriate!
