Not Quite The Day We Wanted

It's lucky I took this photo for a blip as shortly afterwards we got a frantic call from our friend, Carol, to say her husband, Eddie, was having a heart attack.
They were just leaving with their caravan for a trip north when he collapsed in the street. 
Neighbours came running to help and one was a volunteer fireman who gave him CPR till the ambulance arrived.
By the time we arrived from the farm they had gone to Katoomba Hospital where we caught up with Carol. We stayed with her until he was helicoptered on to Nepean Hospital and Eddie's daughter had arrived to look after Carol.
The last we heard he has been to the Cath Lab and is now in ICU. No idea yet what the outcome will be.
We are minding their dog, Mack.
