A Fun Flower

Dear Diary,

This is an Allium Flavum, an ornamental yellow onion plant.  It is fun plant.  It has elongated pods the pop open in a starburst of flowers.  It is almost like  tiny, and quiet, fireworks.  I really must plant more of these as they make a wonderful show.  I've just ordered some Hairy Allium which is even more outrageous.  I think all gardens should have some whimsical plantings.
