Posh grub
I belong to a great group of 7 girls and one brave chap who love cooking. Today we went to a beautiful house in the Hampshire countryside for a Cordon Bleu demonstration by talented chef Clare Francis. In two hours she demonstrated seven supper dishes, all easy and delicious. I learnt a few good tips- I didn't know that if you add a little salt to egg whites they whisk up bigger and better.
When I arrived home Chris had made some delicious pea and ham soup for lunch.
Lasagne for supper so a walk this afternoon may be a good idea
