Natures Patterns
A lovely, leisurely drive northwards today. Headed first to Campbeltown where we refuelled before heading west then north on the A83. First stop of the day was Westport beach where we had a lovely stroll (see extra collage)...MC is a photographers dream driver, he stops everywhere without being asked! Others in extra are the Ballachroy standing stones; lunch at the Skipness Seafood Cabin and Skipness chapel. The seafood cabin was a gem of a place and we shared a platter between us...I’ve discovered a liking for seafood I didn’t know I had! After lunch we had a wander around the chapel and castle then parked up for a couple of hours near the ferry terminal so himself could have a Nana nap!
The rock formations around this coastline are quite stunning and there are some wonderful rocks and pebbles on the beaches...I want to take them home for the garden!! Today’s abstract was taken whilst he was having his nap and I’ve let nature do most of the work.
Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting Abstract Thursday.
