Here’s to Laminated Safety Glass

We were off on an errand, tootling along the highway about 70mph, when CRASH! Something kicked up by another vehicle, hit the windshield right in front of Kay. Whether it was a rock, a bolt, or something else, we’ll never know, but if it had made it through, I would never have been able to get the bloodstains out of my seat. As it is, Kay might need new breeks.
