We got up at 5:45 this morning to drive to Denver for a four hour long clinical work up for hubby’s Huntington’s Disease. Good news is that the HD symptoms are as well controlled as they can be at this stage. Bad news is that “a little fluid retention “ turned into two more appointments that revealed hubby has a blood clot in his leg! We finally got back home at 5:30 pm. Now I understand what “knackered” means...
