Early Morning Sun

Because there wasn't a cloud in the sky, I decided to head to Bremner Bay for my blip photo today.  I like it better when there is no wind, but there was a nice light on the mountains and the golden grass in the foreground.  

Home for breakfast, then before you know it, it was time for me to go out for lunch with a couple I met at the Snow Farm 25 years ago.   They are here from Wellington, and come down each year to go skiing or snow shoeing.  It was lovely to catch up with them again,  We plan to meet again next year.

Because I have had such a social day, I still have 5K steps to do, so will do them now.  The extras are:  The place to be is up a tree!  (2)  Winter at the lake  (3)  The Buchanans.

Tomorrow is Matariki, and I plan to take photos of the fireworks which are held at 6 p.m.  Therefore I will be blipping a bit later tomorrow.

Another Friday, so another weekend.  I hope yours is a good one.
