Spying On You

I came across this mannequin head today that my father in law made. It had a hat, head with hair, hands and binoculars. It looks so real... When he was living in a retirement community there was a woman that spied on him actually looking through his windows... He built this and attached it to his fence looking towards her house... He had a great sense of humor and was a very good artist... He diffinetly did not like being watched :)
