This clematis never disappoints, a great display annually for many years now.

The internet delivery is very poor, we are waiting for an engineer to deal with the fault. I couldn’t upload this last night, it’s fine to open your posts but not the extras for some reason. anyway it loaded this morning, hooray! Until recent months the wifi speed was good and we are used to that, it’s irritating when it’s slow or just cuts out.

A Meals On Wheels cooking day again, a pudding today, easier than a main course on Wednesday it’s not just working out quantities and quality but keeping it hot. Those cooking previously are now returning to work, three of us have taken on the cooking for two weeks, and two of the ‘Girls’ on the delivery team and John are covering the three delivery days. It has felt so good to see a younger generation of volunteers in the village and surrounds, it does the old heart good.
