Daughter was tired as they’d had 2 nights in a pod south of Berwick on the coast in the rain. She had a rest reading her book in the sun (yes it did appear briefly) while we harvested veg with the children, then they played in the woods though said it wasn’t so much fun without Thomas and James who are currently in the north of Ireland. visiting their other grandparents. Nathaniel remembered the old Batmobile we’d got from a friend so we unearthed it from the depths of the shed/ man cave and they had fun.
