1800 or not

Part of the route I walk regularly with Kassidy...

most of the "old" houses are datable to around 1880 the Parish being established 1846

but when I looked closely at this one
(ignored previously mainly because I'm not a fan of the contrasting block paintwork)

it says 1800 - now I need to go research more
