Ay Up, Bonjour!

I spotted this French distance stone in Ingleton North Yorkshire.

It is of course, a marker for the Twin Town La Chapelle - des - Marais, Pays de la Loire.

It was a close Blipdialemma today as I nearly blipped the best sticky toffee pudding on the planet at the Old Hill Inn a few miles up the road on the way to Hawes.

From the roadside it didn't look that special but the food was restaurant quality. We enjoyed yummy home made sausages and mash with red wine gravy. The pigs are kept on site! Very friendly and relaxed. Well kept ales. Totally dog friendly with 3 dogs of their own.
