Watching a bee at work

I decided to stand and wait for a bee to tackle these Japanese anemone, it was interesting to see the quick decision making when one came across a flower head, no good, no good, no good, this will do....Once settled in there the bee started to work making a constant hum allowing me plenty of time to zoom and retract, no great results from this, just too high for me I think but an impressive few minutes watching and listening.
