Homeward Bound

D#1 and I stretched our legs after breakfast at Stonefield Castle and before the long drive home. The tide was out at the time, but we still thought this bench was a great place to sit and admire the view. 

It looks as if others had had the same idea, with the added pleasure of lighting a fire for warmth...or perhaps toasting marshmallows.

Extra  - an interesting display of old sea-related artefacts outside a house in Inveraray, where we stopped for coffee halfway.
