BAKING

After 2 tutor sessions I decided to bake....the recipe said Bakewell Tart....well I didn’t bake it well!!! Thus is the second time I’ve messed it up. This time I remembered to blind bake the case just forget to time it do it’s rather crisp!!!! Then I forgot to add egg to almond mix so after scrapping it off it had mixed with the jam and the mixture is now grey!!!!!!! Just hope it tastes ok for our visit tomorrow!!!!
