Early morning run (& row)

Out for an early morning run, but that's not me in the boat!

... was lucky to catch this shot, just after I left the house, with the rower going under the Ashley Terrace Bridge on the Union Canal :-)

I've tried to keep the running going right throughout lockdown; and have managed at least a 5K-run each week (as per this morning), with a longer 10K-run once per month --- and we're now entering our 5th month of restrictions.

Weather looking very fine in Edinburgh this morning.
