Flodden
Today I went to Flodden to learn about the battle.
I find trips to battlefields harrowing and very sad indeed. Thankfully the day was lovely, if cold, and I learned a lot.
9th September 2013 commemorates the 500th anniversary of The Battle of Flodden, that was a National tragedy.
