My final pot of Hosta's catch the early morning sun

I've discovered at last that its really necessary to sleep on my back to preserve knees and hip flexors. After just 2 nights I really feel the difference on getting up : I'm not nearly so stiff. It's obvious now to me but I wish someone ( Nikki Pilates, Osteopath,Physio ) had pointed it out to me
