Sunday Morning Coffee

After a lovely morning out and lots of walking yesterday, today seemed perfect for just lazing around and taking things easy!  This is the first scene of the day on my balcony, just before having breakfast! Freshly made coffee in my shiny Alessi coffee pot, sweet birdsong, surrounded by flowers and sunshine playing hide and seek with the clouds. Even the road is (almost) completely quiet!

In the background, you can see red blobs among the green leaves which are my rescued and badly damaged geraniums from the spring. They are full of healthy flowers.

High humidity again today, but it improves tomorrow with temperatures rising again (Oh no, not the dreaded over thirties Celsius!)

We have another outing in mind for tomorrow, but will get started early before the big heat reaches its hellish high!
