A routine Sunday with newspapers, the ST filled with royal rubbish, and the Observer still obsessing about the state of the Labour Party.
Stirred myself in the late afternoon and quite enjoyed a run around the playing field several times - the perimeter which equals half a mile was compromised by the very wet grass at the edges. My ankles continue to find running on soft ground helpful, and thus far the previous uncomfortableness/slight ache has not re-occurred.
