bee’s new bike wasn’t arriving til later so we headed off to haddo for a cycle with his old one. it was pretty busy but we avoided everyone and had a lovely cycle...and my arm/hand was ok. I couldn’t brake with it or change the gears on that side but that was fine. cycling through this bit of forest was really lovely. a wee bit restorative. we bumped into a pal and he took a nice photo of us...glad i washed and put some mascara on earlier.
