Such A Day!

The morning was wonderful, a breeze, blue sky, bright sun!    Then the hurricane that is currently hitting lower Texas, was sending bands of rain our way.   Tropical rain is like a torrential downpour that can make as much as 4-6" in an hour.
     Our beautiful day degenerated to a windy, rainy, blowy day.  I snuck out on the front porch to capture these photos.   The top one is the stream that is flowing down the road to drains where the water then pools in retention ponds.The lower picture is the run offf from 2 different rooves.   That area between my villa and my neighbors garage builds up to 4-6 inches.
