Slice

An early pink sky gave way to a bright orange slice of light that seemed to split the city in half this morning. This doesn't really do it justice.

Another day done. But a nice burrito lunch smoothed the way somewhat. Then a new gadget was waiting for me when I got home. A fancy wee keyboard cover for the iPad which works really well and does more than I expected.

Susie was out for dinner so it was just us boys for bath and bed. I bribed them on the way home with gingerbread men which turned them into little angels. No moaning, no whinging, just a nice relaxed routine with some laughs along the way.
