Mae ein bywydau wedi setlo i lawr i mewn patrwm o dri diwrnod oherwydd ein bod ni mewn enciliad unwaith bob tri diwrnod.  Mae'n gwneud synnwyr i ni i adeiladu popeth arall o gwmpas ein diwrnod enciliad. Felly rydyn ni'n byw fel pe bai wythnos yn dridiau.  I fi, y diwrnodau yw encilio, rhedeg a gorffwys.  Wrth gwrs mae rhaid i ni ffitio gweddill ein bywydau yno hefyd - pethau fel garddio, ymweld â theulu, gwaith ayyb. Mae'n ddiddorol yn byw mewn patrwm o dri diwrnod pan fydd pawb arall yn byw patrwm o saith diwrnod. Mae'n dangos bod y dewisiadau hyn ychydig yn fympwyol.

Heddiw oedd diwrnod enciliad, felly doedd dim llawer o amser gyda fi i dynnu ffotograffau, ond roeddwn i hoffi'r golwg hon ar fanylion sepal y dahlia.

Our lives have settled down into a pattern of three days because we are in retreat once every three days. It makes sense for us to build everything else around our retreat day. So we live as if a week were three days. For me, the days are retreat, running and rest. Of course we have to fit in the rest of our lives there too - things like gardening, visiting family, work etc. It's interesting living in a pattern of three days while everyone else lives a pattern of seven days. It shows that these choices are a bit arbitrary.

Today was a retreat day, so I didn't have much time to take photos, but I liked this view of the dahlia sepal details.
