Mono Monday - Restricted/Restricting

Some people are not restricting themselves from just throwing their masks away in the street now that a lot of our restrictions have been lifted!

This was the only shot I managed this morning.  I had a vague idea of doing something restricting with some hat elastic but it turned out I was restricted because it was just too busy to get to it!  :o) lol

I was run off my feet today, awfully busy!!
