2 plus a ghost

It was good to see a number of chaffinch on the table this morning, it’s a while since leaving food out there, partly because of the cats but mostly greedy gulls. The middle one flew in when taking this.

A very quiet day with a few jobs done but much of the time spent reading, think it’s helping the body to relax although the head is still in overdrive for some reason. We lit the fire earlier to combat the wet, cold day, all very comforting although I let it go out a while ago, it’s warm enough now
