MM340 - Restrict

After Zooming with The Community Choir - spotted this chap putting signs - temporary traffic lights and cones in place to restrict traffic - so that BT engineers could safely carry out underground repairs - weather restricted my walking - no scenic route to pick up the papers - they ‘d have been papier-mâché by the time I got them home - perhaps I should invest in a properly waterproof rucksack - instead of sticking them up my jacket - that really does restrict my movement
