But you can't tell. We don't have to be restricted to taking colorful, perfect photos. Experiment! Break the rules! Thanks to 60plus for hosting.
Took my cracked tooth to the dentist today. The visit was not in any way, shape or form what I wanted to hear but I knew it would not be good. The options are pull it out (that would make the smile really different!), have a crown enlargement where they will take the cracked loose part down to the gum line, build up the tooth and add some posts or something to match the other half, then crown it. Or have an implant. The cash register was ca-chinging constantly as we have no dental insurance. So I have to go see the specialist next week to see what the decision will be. In a funny sidebar, the dentist, a woman about mid 40-s to 50 looked at my tooth, stepped back from me, said OMG..took off her mask and proceeded to show me her tooth that she said THE SAME THING HAPPENED! Same tooth on the right side..mine is on the left. She said she lost half her tooth and the filling in an egg roll! She hasn't made time to go to the specialist that she referred me to see. We just laughed! I did ask her if she had any super glue to glue it back together! She did say that because I don't have any pain or abscess that was a good thing.
Definitely not a good day...because this morning there was a flat tire on my car. Jerry pumped it up and we drove to the tire store we use. It was not fixable and their records show my tires were three years old so I can't complain. So we forked over dollars for tires today too. Safety first!
I may have to get a second part time job to pay for the tooth!
So tomorrow we are taking the camper up to the mountains at Tate's house. It is 15-20 degrees cooler so we are going to enjoy the rest of the week up there. Some work time and some play time.
Sometimes life throws everything at you at one time. For me, I just laugh about it and continue on! Worrying never solved anything.
Have a good week Blippers!
