Sofa view

Now know the planning meeting is on 4 August via Microsoft Teams.  Been editing and paring down my one and a half minute response shared with James who will have the other one and a half.  All points we raise are valid according to the local plan but we're dealing with the awkward squad here.  Digits crossed.
