U-Turn

Driving east this morning I saw the developing glow in the sky that promised a spectacular sunrise. I hadn't taken my camera as Thursday is our busiest day and it takes ages for a camera left in a cold car takes ages to come to room temperature for indoor shots.
I thought 's*d it' and turned and headed back to pick up my camera.
I took some shots from my street when the colours were blues, yellows and pinks but drove off again as the pastel shades were replaced by golds.
Another stop at the golf club and I took this.
I'm glad I did take that few minutes to myself as it was a busy stressful day and a late finish.
