Fruity!

Realised early evening that I didn’t have a blip, and I couldn’t think of anything to fit the Mono Monday challenge.  Checking on the peppers and tomatoes I noticed the apple tree, and how many apples were on there this year (maybe it heard me threatening to cut it down?!).  Looks like it will be a good crop.  A bit of a fuzzy photo as just had my phone and it was on full zoom.  Sadly they are very hard and sour, but I did make a lot of apple purée last year.  Perhaps I will try making dried apple rings, and maybe chutney this year if the birds don’t get to them first!
